What we collect

• Financial data you enter: income, expenses, receipts, and tax-related settings.
• Usage metadata: audit logs of key actions (with hashed IP addresses, never raw).

How we use it

To provide tax tracking, estimates, deduction suggestions, reminders, and reports. We do not sell your data.

AI processing

If an external AI provider is configured, your questions and a context block built from your own figures may be sent to that provider to generate responses. The default development provider is fully local.

Security

Data is scoped per user, sensitive fields can be encrypted at rest, receipts are access-controlled, and important actions are audit-logged. See our Terms and the project SECURITY.md.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your records at any time. Deleting your account cascades to your financial data.
